Price: You have to pay for toboggan rental: around 130 kr (Pay on the spot).

Dress code: Winter clothes! Winter jacket, pants, boots, thermal underwear, gloves, hat, scarf - depending on the weather forecast. Ski goggles (optional). Helmets can be rented.

There’s no mandatory sign-up.

We meet next to the Tiger and take the subway together from the Central Station to Frognerseteren. That’s where we find Korketrekkeren (The Corkscrew), Oslo’s best toboggan slope!

The normal Oslo public transport tickets are valid for this trip. You might save money if you buy a 24-hour ticket.

Once we arrive, we’ll go to the toboggan rental together.

Race to the bottom! The track ends at Midtstuen subway station. Then we take the subway back up to Frognerseteren for another ride!

You can ride the race track as many times as you want - until you’re tired, and then it’s time to return the toboggan and head back home!

Not in the mood for tobogganing? Come with us anyways, there’s a terrace with beautiful views and hot cocoa!
